Playtex cups Paper inserts

Can anyone make me 2 inserts, my dd can't find a cup with her name on it so I said maybe the EASTER Bunny would bring one....

If anyone could help me...this was the only thing I could think of

I need some of these too! Well I really need 6 if it not to much trouble. We leave Friday morning really early so if they could be done by then I would truly appreciate it. I have the playtex cups for their We're going to Disney bags, but no inserts yet. I tried to figure it out but I cant find the templates on playtex baby site.
