I'm sure someone here can help me. I have a Playstation 2 which has been hyjacked by my DBF. I always played puzzle and pinball type games - no need to save anything - but he's into Ghost Recon, Hockey and Fishing games..... got to save your seasons, franchises, and missions.

I've heard the Memory cards will hold saves for more than one game, but I just don't know how to do it, and if, by accident, we were to save over one of his Hockey teams, I'm quite sure the tears would be abundant!! :p

Does anyone know if, in fact, one of those $25 cards will hold more than one game, and how you do that without reformatting the card??

TIA

Each game requires a different amount of space to save. It says right on the back of teh box it comes in how much space it needs. A memory card should hold more than one game, without any worries of deleting his games on accident.

It has been a while since I bought a memory card, but the larger the memory card, the more it will save. Your PS2 has 2 slots. I have a PS2 card in one and a PS1 card in the other.

I have yet to run out of space in it.

The memory card should automatically determine which slot it will save the game in and how many slots the saved game will require. Don't worry, you'll get a warning if the games are going to overwrite each other ... but that shouldn't happen.

Thank you!!

And thank you Bunnyfoo - that's what I was wondering.
