playpens & bedrails

Hi
Does anyone know if I need to request a playpen or bedrail from POFQ before we arrive, or can we just put in the request at check in time?

I believe that bedrails are on a first-come, first-served basis, so I'd request them now. I'm not sure about playpens since I've never stayed at POFQ. We usually stay in DVC villas and there is always a Pack N Play in the closet.

We had put in a request for bedrails when we made our reservation, but some how it got missed or forgotten. So, when we arrived and got to our room and noticed they weren't there, we just called housekeeping for them and they brought them right away. No problems at all!
