Playing on a MACbook?

Every time I try to play VMK it won't let me...is it bc I'm on a mac??? I'm sorry if this question has been asked before. If anyone can help me that would be super awesome! Thanks so much in advance!

A friend of mine just got a Macbook recently too. She plays on it without a problem. We're even able to play mansion on it, which we all know is quite laggy these days. Just make sure to get the latest shockwave download and have enough memory.

I play on a Macbook Pro and don't have a problem. What kind of problem are you having? What internet browser are you using and what are you running on it [tiger/leopard]? My advise is open finder go to applications find your browser [firefox/safari] hold down the apple key and i and the get info screen should come up, then click open using Rosetta. That worked for me while using Tiger but now [as I just checked] on leopard I'm not using it. Maybe they changed something. Anyways hope that helps. If not let me know a bit more about the problem your having.

I'm on a regular macbook not a pro and running leopard. I'm going to try the "open using rosetta" and see if that works. Thanks! Usually when I click the green play button and put in my name and everything it says I'm missing blank or something. It's really annoying. I'm running the latest shockwave and definitely have enough memory so we'll have to see. I'll let you know how it goes! thanks so much for all the advice!
