Playhouse Disney Question,please

Hi all, can anyone tell me if the characters actually dance around with the children on/off the stage? i read where there is no character meet and greet so to speak, but i thought i also read somewhere where part of the show was similar to a "dance party" with the characters. if not, where is the "dance party" located? anyone?

They are puppets on stage. The stage is raised, so you don't see that they are actually puppets. They sing and such, so you can dance along. They also do bubbles towards the end.

The Playhouse Disney Dance Party is a separate event from the Playhouse Disney Live! show. The Dance Party takes place in the same building, but occurs only during evening Extra Magic Hours at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
