Anyone see this show? We just bought tickets for Sept. Looks fun. I thought I heard from someone that they have character meets? Is this true?

FYI- The Little Einstein charcters are "real" people for this show, not the costumed characters that you see at Playhouse Disney at DHS. Also- at least in the version that was out last year, there is very little of Mickey and the gang. We did not know this and my DD was saying, "That's NOT June!" the whole time. Plus, the show's Annie was REALLY annoying!;) Darby is in the show too, and she's a "real" person and was cute. There was a lot with Handy Manny and the tools also. The dancing tools were cute.

My DD5 had just returned from Disney and we had great seats, thinking we would be "extending the Magic" and it was horribly disappointing. I actually called to talk with the customer service staff as it was that bad. They said, "Thanks for sharing...."

Hopefully, the show has gotten better by now! We do Sesame Street Live every year as a tradition and LOVE that show every time, but my kids love the Disney charcters more than Elmo and still were not entertained.

Thanks. Yes I know that Little Einsteins are real people along with Darby and Handy Manny. We do Sesame street too, and were looking for something different.
We did the one at DHS too ,and that was HORRID. It is just puppets, and is really hard to see. If that had been characters or real people I think it would've been 100% better.
I am actually hoping this one will make up for it.(though DD liked it at DHS)
Can you take pictures?

same thing happen to us. my ddprincess: wanted to know why that man was handy manny:rolleyes1 also she was sad that daisy was not there!

That is a bummer about Daisy. She is my DD's favorite too. At WDW we had to search to find her, and fianlly wre told that she is in front of the hat at DHS each morning. That was the only place to count on her being for the most part. The CM siad that with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse out Daisy is one of the most popular characters, but Disney doens;t put her out as much as the others, and lots of people are always looking for her and her lines can get long and eve ncut off alot of times. So we went first thing and were first in line. My DD was soooo happy.

We went to see it in June this year as it was touring the uk. We had a 4 hr drive to get there and was disappointed that it only lasted 1 hour. My 3yr loved it but was a bit confused over the 'real' people. My 6 yr old son felt that he was too old for it. Definately for the under 5's

So I take it there is no character meet and greet then. I swore someone said htey did before, but they could've had some VIP thing too?

Can you take pictures. I know my DD3 and neice 4 will love it, but I may not. LOL!

They had different areas of the lobby set up for pictures with Handy Manny and Mickey backgrounds. You could take the pics yourself or buy them. In the show you aren't supposed to take any pictures, but tons of people were. We took a 18 month old and a 2 year old and they had a blast.

We saw the kick off at studios, then caught a show in Dec. I was less then impressed, but ds had more fun then when we saw ss. There was no meet and greet to my knowledge, but we had front row seats and the kids could dance up front (lots of kids came up). They also selected a couple of kids from the audience to come on stage (very tramatic for ds, since he wasn't picked).

Chose not to go when it actually came to my town, 6 months later. For a young child, or one really into the einsteins, pooh, mandy, it is kind of cute, just really sappy.

We have tickets for November. I hope my kids like it withe real people. Darn, i didn't know that when we got the tickets.

I took DS 3 last year. I thought the show was cute! We were lucky to have 2nd row seats and we were able to get some great pictures. The show was shorter than expected and had an intermission. I suggest bringing your own light up toy. The prices were outrageous for souveniers.

Souveigners are always outrgeous at shows like that. We have a couple of light ups, so maybe we will bring one. Do they have programs? My DD looks at her Sesame Street one all the time.

I can't remember if they had programs. We bought cotton candy and got a Handy Manny hat. I thought the effects were pretty good, especially when the clubhouse appeared. I think you'll enjoy it!

We took DS2 and had fun. The length was perfect, as he was a bit antsy by the end. The "junk" that you have to walk thru to get to the show is massively overpriced, and there is a big risk of meltdown if you don't get one of the glowing things, but other than that we'd do it again.

We took DS when he was almost 4. He liked (not loved) it. It's coming to our area again and we're passing it up this time. Not what we expected. Sesame Street Live shows are much better.
But- I'm sure your son will love it no matter what!

It's my Daughter. If my sone was going, I know he wouldn't like it. He is 19! LOL!:rotfl2:
