Play stay and dine for Feb?

Is stay play and dine coming back for late February or any other room discounts? I want to book a room at Pop before the end of August to get our dining reservations at the 180 day mark. But I'd like to find a discount from Disney or Orbitz.
And if you book thru Disney's website but then cancel and rebook elsewhere, do you lose your dining reservations?

Discounts for that time of year probably won't be out by the end of August. I'm not sure, but I don't think you need a room reservation to book dining.

We are hoping for the same discount to happen for our trip in the last week of January. I already booked our trip so I can make our ADRs at 180 out in a week. You can always call and modify your trip to have the discount applied.
