the play house disney character meal is at one of the perticipating restraunts with the fantasmic pkg. Can you do the character meal and get the fantasmic pkg too?

I'm pretty sure that the character meal is ONLY for breakfast and lunch - dinner at the restaurant (which would be the Fantasmic package) does not have characters.

No, you can not do the character meal and get the Fantasmic package. As CharmedLife said, there are no characters at dinner and dinner is the meal that can be packaged with Fantasmic.
