Platinum pass expiring soon question

Our dvc Platinum passes expire on 12/28. We of course have a trip for 12/30. 9 nights
First, will they let me renew early (if we choose to spend) for the incredipass so that I can make park reservations?
Second, what is the dvc renewal rate, $1104?
Going to price out the cost of regular tickets for this stay because we're not sure we will be going again during the new year....

They have stopped the early renewals. Since you are looking for a really busy time, you may be able to get them to do it for you.

And yes, I believe $1104 is the renewal price before tax.

Annual Passes can be renewed up to 60 days before and 30 days after expiration. I don't think you will have any trouble making park reservations in late October if you decide to renew your pass. Good luck!

I was plugging the numbers last night and it won't be worth it to renew this year. If we had more trips in the works then maybe...

You might want to look at renewing to Sorcerer's. Jan 1st is no longer blocked out so you would have only 1-2 days to do resort time, single day pass, or Universal.
