Platinum and arrival time

Does it matter anymore if we are platinum (21 cruises) but our arrival time isn’t till 12:45…we no longer can board early?

It didn’t matter in September. We had 2 something, and that’s what it was. Maybe it will change.

We didn't get a time, used Disney transportation from a Disney resort and were on the ship around 12

We are platinum and received boarding group 4 - but we're on the EBPC and I'm pretty sure nearly the whole ship is platinum

Not until all the restrictions are lifted.

Not at this time, you must choose a port of arrival time when you do your check in.
I was on right at midnight for our cruise ( sails on the 13th) and I was able to get 10;30-1045am, boarding group 3.

I loved when we could arrive at anytime, hope it comes back soon.

No, and I feel your pain. That was 1 of the things that bothered me when sailing after covid, especially since we were on the first sailing when boarding didn't begin until 1:45.

With that said, we got Boarding Group 3 and the reality of it was it was a matter of a few minutes from Group 1 to Group 3. Not as bad as I had thought it would be.

*Edited to add I just checked my videos. Group 1 was called at 1:44 and we were walking through the ears at 1:48.

Platinums need to pick a PAT during online check-in. We booked about 3 weeks out from the cruise and was only able to get a 1:00 something PAT. I kept checking and about a week later I was able to switch to an 11:45 am PAT. We actually didn't get to the port until 12:00 and were able to able to pull in the garage, get tested ASAP, park the car on level 3 and then had to wait 50 minutes for the results. Once we got to the terminal we could technically board right away but there was a line at the ears that took a good 20 minutes.
