Saw we could get Soarin as a 4th FP yesterday so hopped from MK to EP. But was then able to get further FP and did all our planned EP FP rides besides Frozen. But now I only have the Frozen FP today in the late afternoon. Really wish you could reserve up to three FP+ in a mix of parks. Will probably hop from AK to MK then to EP but will have to do all standby until EP. If your total reserved FP+ is 3 why would they restrict you to one park?

I don't know the answer, I'm sure someone else with more knowledge than I will chime in, but as a strict guess...I think they'd be concerned of having too many no shows. Say you have 1 FP+ each in MK, Epcot and AK. That's a lot of hopping around, a lot of transportation. People either simply won't make it in time, or say "forget it" and not do it. Just my guess.

Or you could make 3 FP+ at MK or AK, RD Frozen and then hop to the next park with your pre-scheduled FP+. That way you'll only have to ride Frozen as standby.

My guess on why they won't let you make advance FPs in more than one park is that it would allow you to defeat the purpose of tiering. People would pick off the top rides in each park, making that limited inventory disappear even faster.

Yes, that makes a lot of sense too. I'll bet that's a factor.
