Plan's for New Years Eve?

I'm going out for a nice dinner with friends this evening, and then settling down with my family and a nice glass of Baileys to watch one of the many DVDs I've been given this Christmas!

We were hoping for an invitation to spend the evening with some really fun friends, but they let us down, so we're going to Kev and Tam's.

Hmmm.... it's not too late to call the whole thing off you know.
Anyway, who else would put up with Matt on a New Year's Eve?

A nice soaky bath with some of the Lush stuff I had for Xmas and then an early night (baby permiting!)

Going round to a friends who we spend most sat evenings with.

Takeaway, Vodka & lager which is normal for our sat nights in but as a mark of nye we have just spent a small fortune on fireworks!

I suggested to Gavin a few might be nice as our friends kids will be there (usually at their granddads) but when we got to the farm shop to buy them I had to restrain Gavin to just the £84!!!!! (The guy at the farm threw a few roman candles in for free after Gavin had gone mad) Got a big box that sets of 70x3 then roman candles which are 4x8 then 3 massive rockets so it should be a good mini-display.

Ah!
It was an excellent game, best turnout I have seen all year up there.
Should have been more of a stuffing, the thrid should have stood :-(
Still, it made the journey back down fun, just hope we can get another three points tomorrow
