I am getting close to ADR time this year again, looking forward to being able to do everything online. I have pretty much got all my restuarants picked and the days are looking fairly busy already.

What about the rest of you DDPers? Is there any room for an unplanned day any more?? (not complaining!!)

I have every single day planned, booked and organised for each and everyone of our 23 days, that even includes our day before at the airport hotel ;)

We love our planning and over the past three years have stuck to it fairly well.

Each year I reflect on the previous years and plan our forthcoming holiday taking into account the problems we encountered on the previous years itinerary.

Ooohh I love planning, its so much fun :banana:

I haven't even thought of planning next year's trip. Still another few months to ADRs and won't be making many so not really worried about it at all this time. I have always been a planner but I think this last trip I went OTT with all my planning and in some ways I just can't be bothered. I will be checking park hours when they come out so I can work out my ADRs. I feel much more is achieved when there is some kind of plan in place, but oddly I have hardly given the next trip any thought at all - too many distractions.

I've had every single day planned out, ADRs included, since before we booked in June :thumbsup2 Its been through multiple changes, but the vast majority has stayed the same. I don't booked ADRs until March, so no doubt it'll change again.

I love to plan and, to me, thats a huge part of the trip. But, I have OCD so its also a necessity to stave off panic attacks about it.

Saying that, last year we did alter a couple of our ADRs whilst we were there. We replaced the breakfast with Lilo and Stitch with a return visit to Teppan Edo, after my brother loved it so much. So, I think there is room for unplanned day...you just have to get the right restaurant at the right time in the right season otherwise you could be left hanging high and dry

:goodvibes
