Planning Weddings for those Not-yet Engaged!

I know, it's a deserving gift. After many years my mom and I finally have enough money to have our own apartment, so we need a vaction, hehe

Don't know how long that will last, because I plan to move in with my DBF a few years from now, but I'm just happy she's got her own place.

I start a new class tomorrow. I've got a head start and got to read the syllabus today and for an elective, Human Motivation it looks like a lot of work.

I am not into pain and got my first tattoo a little over a month ago. My friend Jeri went with me and she blew on my back a lot because I was sweating. But, I love it. And, I have the want for another now.

Yeah, college is a pain sometimes! But it's a necessary evil. It feels like a waste if you have no idea where you are going though....which is where I am right now....

Lol, yeah. I heard they were addicting. My problem is, I don't want it on my back, but I don't want it on a place where it'll get messed up with weight loss/gain. And then there is the issue of what to actually GET lol.

My mom gets that a lot too. Nobody ever suspects her to be old enough to have a 22-year-old, much less one she had at age 26. At least I know I'll look damn good when I'm her age

I went to one of those kind of baby showers for two coworkers of mine who were having a baby together earlier this year. Everyone at work pooled money together to buy them a carseat/stroller combo and when we showed it to them they were both like "Oh, thats it? Cool" They didn't even thank anyone for it or for the baby shower we all threw for them.

Honestly, I can not picture her as a teenager either. It freaks me out so much because I can seriously remember the very day she was born like it happened yesterday.

He leaves Friday morning and his interview is pretty much as soon as he gets there. We're stoked about it, but we're also both pretty nervous

My mom looks like she's 35, but she has a 23 year old, a 19 (20 next month) year old, and a 10 year old. Then again, people don't believe I'm over 18....I actually had someone (at Disney) think I was 12 when I was celebrating my 18th birthday! Now I know I don't look my age, but I don't think I look THAT young! I'm to tall to be 12 lol.

Are you going to Chicago with him? I wish him the best of luck!

When I woke up this morning I had a new pic from James that he took yesterday in Afghan. He has grown a beard. But, still looks hot to me.

He looks handsome with the beard lol. Hope you get to see him soon

I got my 2nd tattoo a couple yrs back in Orlando after our DIsney Cruise...I have Tinkerbell on my back ALthough I can't see it....I love it.. LOL

I totally want another one too! They are quite addictive

That's very cute. I really don't like light colored sheets. But, Maybe it would look better with the tan color? Or should I be bold and go black?

I had a great weekend!! DH and I had game night at a friend house with several of our other friends. It's the first time we've all been together in almost a year and we all only live within 30 minutes of each other! we played games and had yummy lasagna my friend made...it was good times all around.

Yumm!! I made lasagna last night. We usually have lasagna when we all get together to play games. Apples to Apples and drinking!! Makes for a great night!!

And girls those tattoos DO get addictive. I have 4 already

My first one is a dolphin right above my ankle, my 2nd was the butterfly on my back (Marcie the one thats one myspace), 3rd is a butterfly with ONE STEP AT A TIME written below it. (I love that one!! I got that one a wk after EX-DBF and I broke up and I moved out). and my 4th is a 4 leaf clover I got to match with my BFF.
Now I am going to get a Hawaiian flower on my left foot. and 2 blue hearts in my left ear. For each of my boys.

My first was a hidden mickey between my shoulder blades with a kinda of celtic/tribal pattern around it.

The second one my brother and I got done at a tattoo convention. It's on my side and says Bonded by Blood Forever (he got the same one).

My third was a design I found on a CD cover and she represents Heart, Body and Soul...I'll see if I can find a pic.

My fourth is a bear paw but the palm is a heart. It was a commemorative tattoo for my grandfather. My brother also got a similar one.

It hurt a little bit, mostly the wording. But other than that there wasn't much pain. The one on my back hurt the most.

Its funny one day we were sitting at his sister and he has this tattoo on his right thigh. I was like I didn't know you had a tattoo there.
He was like well you only see them where your drunk..

Oh and then on Saturday when we were shopping he was like I wonder if they have any Thor clothing to go with my tattoo?
