planning video ?

Is there any free planning videos available for ioa/ us? We are considering going there next summer.

I have been trying to find out the same thing..but I heard the only current available one is in PAL the system that they use in Europe and which does not play on our US VCRS...They used to offer one, loved getting them too....

This is strange because I got their "planning" video about 2 months ago (maybe they don't have it anymore?). I spent a lot of time bouncing around their site before I found it, and the video itself was utterly useless. I think that Universal tried to do a Disney planning video, but missed the mark in a big way. I'll be happy to send you mine for the cost of postage if you'd like it.

I got one from my travel agent in March (Liberty Travel). I don't know if they still have them though.

It lists free items and includes a Universal link where supposedly you can get the free video. I just sent for one myself, so I can't say what will arrive.
