Planning Video

Does anyone know how long it takes for Disney to send out a planning video (you know the free ones advertised on their site)? I must have ordered mine about 2 1/2 weeks ago and still, nothing. I am wondering if the order did not make it through although I did receive a pin code which they sent about 1 week after video request.

took about 2 weeks for us ... I was a little anxious but it did show up.

Ours took about 2-3 weeks, I thought it would NEVER get here!! I guess the anticiaption makes it seem like a LONG time.

Mine came after 28 days!! I actually borrowed my sister's because I was way too impatient. Then (whaddya know) mine came in the mail 2 days later!

OK- Thanks! I figured it was probably a normal wait but thought I'd check with the experts. Yes, it does seem way too long. I was thinking the same thing, just about the time I reordered or gave up it would show up. I'll keep looking in that mailbox!
