Planning Trip

I'm having an intimate, and I know that a planner will not meet with us to plan. However, my DF, mom, dad, and aunt are coming with me in July to do a family planning trip. We plan to visit all the intimate sites and I may show them the AKL which is where we will honeymoon.

Anyone have any suggestions on things we shouldn't miss in a planning trip?

We were able to meet with our EM at Franck's, it was a big help with planning our intimate wedding. She didn't take us on any site visits but we got a lot of information.

I lived in Orlando while we were in planning mode so I was lucky to be able to go over and look at things as they crossed my mind. We looked at all the outdoor sites on different weekends; we visited the WL which we'd stayed at separately before but I wanted to make sure it was where we wanted to spend our honeymoon; and we looked at different restaurants for rehearsal dinner and our day-after brunch. I got menus from lots of restaurants! Once we chose the WL Sunrise Terrace for our ceremony we visited it probably 6 times before the wedding - it was fun to sit out there and look forward to our day

Our EM never offered to meet with us beforehand and I didn't think we needed her, it was fine to just go around on our own. But it might have been nice to meet her at Franck's like D&RloveDisney got to do!
