Hello everyone,
just found this site and it looks great. I am starting to plan a trip to fort wilderness for august 2007. it will be my wife and two kids ages at the time of trip will be 7 1/2 and 5 years. we plan on driving from just north of new york city. we have a keystone springdale 298bhl-gl and will be towing it with our 2005 chevy avalanche. any advice would be appreciated. i would like to spend atleast 6 days in the park with a total vacation of 10 or 11 days. the kids have never been to disney.
thanks for any advice,
eddie

Congratulation! :woohoo:

Those were the ages of our kids on our first trip to Disney. Great age! Not too old, not too young!

We had an old travel trailer we pulled then. We made the trip in 2 days, stopping at Petro or Flying J truck stops to sleep at night. We feel the are safe!

It sounds like you will have plenty of time to do everything you want!

I suggest that you buy the planning book Passporter! It will help you decide what you want to do with the kids. Some things you may need to skip!

We are planning a trip in August 2007 also!

Have a great time planning!
