Starting a plan for our august/september trip! What are the best websites to use for busy day guides and park hours?
Come across touring plans, any good?

Touring Plans for the personalized (free) touring plans along with the lines app

EasyWDW for the detailed Rope Drop and Food reviews (and snark)

I also glance over at DadsGuideToWDW for the calendar and review info for comparison sake

and of course keeping up with the news, rumors and trip reports on here

Occasionally you will find some good bit of info on a random Disney B/Vloger's site or YouTube video but most of them are comped by Disney so do not really give you a real opinion

Agree that Ilike Touringplans.
Also like DisneyFoodBlog for some of the dining.
AllEars also has a lot of good information.

Probably get 90% of my best information off of the knowledge on these boards.

I like Disney Tourist Blog for random bits of information on things that I don't always think about.

I think you've already chosen well a for crowds as late August/September is typically a slightly slower time.

Touring Plans has many useful features (some free, some with a subscription) but I no longer consider the crowd calendar one of them.

I like Touring Plans for their resort info but don't go by their crowd predictors. I like Kenny the Prate/Character Locator for that, and he hasn't steered me wrong. These forums are an amazing source for info, and for fun I like to read EasyWDW, DisneyTouristBlog, Disney Food Blog, and watching the WDW Couple and Tim Tracker on YouTube, but like another said, you can't really trust them for unbiased info.

I really like EasyWDW and Mouse Hacking is great, especially for some of their trip reports. So detailed. Especially their tap, grab, modify.

Touring Plans is awesome for putting together a plan of attack and schedule for your days. I often wonder how anyone plans without it! Worth every cent. (And on a side note, i caused an issue by signing up with the wrong email address instead of renewing an old one, and signing up a few days shy of my actual trip bc I'm planning a year out...i emailed and their customer service is AWESOME).
