Planning the After Prom Party

and we need ideas!!! PTA was told just recently that we are responsible for planning the after prom party. Years past we have gone to an Family Fun Park in our area - but it is being remodeled and is not available!! The prom is being held at the school therefore we would like to go somewhere else for the after prom, but the gym is available. Will you share what your school does/has done for an after prom party? THANKS

my school doesn't sponsor an after-prom party. So obviously, I'm not taking part in that. lol
I'm actually going to NYC the day after prom, and spending the day there sightseeing and seeing a show. then the day after that, me and my friends are prolly going to either Six Flags Great Adventure or Hershey Park. Most of the rest of the senior class is renting houses/hotels/motels/whatever in Wildwood or LBI, but I wasn't allowed to do that...

My school doesn't have an after prom party, but we do have an after graduation party. My sister said they had raffles and one of the things they raffeled was a car. They also had a hypnotist come in (that was hilarious, my sister got a tape of it) and they had casino type games, but you played for game chips that you cashed in for prizes. Other than that it was just a dance/hang out kind of thing. It was held at the school..

I know for mine they're pretty much doing the same thing. I know they're raffeling a car and having the hypnotist come in. I guess I'll find out exactly what it's going to be like in June..

Our school also does not sponsor an after prom party. But usually everyone just goes to a bowling ally.

Im only in Middle School, but maybe you could rent out the local YMCA for a night.
