Planning Template?

Does anyone have, or know where I can find, a simple planning template? I'm getting confused on incoming and outgoing points...

Personally, I just use a Works spreadsheet, but there are a few planning programs out there. One is MouseManager at www.mousemanager.com. Another is Caskbill's DVC Tracker at www.Caskbill.com, but I don't think it is current, yet. Last I heard, someone was working on it to bring it up to date after Bill passed away.

Basically to track my points..when they come in, when they go out, etc..I have OKW and VGC points so I'm getting confused a bit. They are the same use year, so it should be pretty simple, but I'm still pretty new, so would like something I can just fill in to keep it all straight. I will check out Mouse Manger, Doc, thank you.
