Planning surprise 50th bday trip for my hubby

We are traveling to Disney in February 2011. I am trying to plan the perfect trip!

Looking for some ideas to make the actual birthDAY special. We will be at Epcot that day. Wondering about morning breakfasts in the general area and a meal spot for the evening. What are your favorites? We are a family of 3, our son will be 6 at the time of this trip. He adores Epcot! http://www.wdwinfo.com/images/smilies/woohoo.gif

Also..we will be doing the other parks on different days, probably doing Epcot twice and MK twice. Still planning a day of something else. Maybe miniature golf or someting like that? Any ideas for that as well?

I've got a long time to plan, but I want to make it perfect!

We'll be celebrating my 50Th next month. We are having my birthday dinner at California Grill at the Contemporary, and made a 9:30 reservation to be there to watch the Wishes fireworks.

I think any of the signature restaurants would be nice for dinner. Also, you can order a special cake.
