Mine has rows for day, date, daily plan (which park etc), breakfast, lunch, dinners with a time and number slot for each for ADRs and best and worst parks according to the Unoffical Guide's website. Feel free to use any of these ideas, we're a young couple with no kids so it may need some modification to be suitable for those with kids.
