Planning session question

Hi everyone. I'm going to be using an outside vendor for my floral. My planning session is in April. Should I let my planner know ahead of time that I won't be using Disney floral? Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

If you are going to be using Disney for your linens, you'll still want to meet with the florist during your planning session. They take care of all linens, charger plates and other table decor, confetti, any floral or ribbon for your cake, etc. If you won't need any of that, then I'd definitely let your planner know so they won't have to schedule time for meeting with the florist.

Thank you. The outside vendor will also be taking care of the linens. The only possibility would be floral for the cake if we decide to go that route. I think I'll drop my planner an email than. Thank you.
