Things are moving along with my Vow Renewal planning. I just gave in my room block info and have been told the letter of agreement is on it's way. We are going to WDW in Jan and I inquired about a site visit. I was told no problem. Then was asked if I would like to see if I can do my planning session while we are there as well. My VR is in Nov. Is this normal? I was going to plan a separate trip in June to do a planning session. It would save me a lot of money if I can do it in Jan but is it too far in advance? Has anyone ever done a PS so far in advance?

The only 2 draw backs I can see would be 1. that prices will not be guaranteed until the 6 month mark so your BEO could possibly change and 2. would be that you might change your mind so many times between then and the wedding and while you can certainly email and have phone meetings it might not be the same. I know I changed my mind so many times... I think I changed our location 5 times and had to resign contracts every time etc.

I think if it will save you a lot of money and they are willing to do it that early than it is a great opportunity, you could spend the money on something else! HTH:goodvibes

just got done with our PS for my son & fiancée for their wedding in October, so I know they do it earlier. The caveat is that the estimate is not finalized until 6 months out.

P.S. We started at 9 AM and finished at about 4:00 pm with all the tastings, meetings and such. And this was with a very organized bride.
