I've finally gotten DH to agree to go to WDW for our 4th anniversary! :cloud9: We're planning on staying 6 nights/7 days Sept 28-Oct 4 2006. I'm thinking of booking the first 2 nights in AKL with concierge and the last 4 in GF lagoon view - no concierge. I was going to get the park hopper with dining option for the whole trip.

I'm thinking concierge at AKL because we want to do the special morning safari and we'd love a couple of days of looking out our window and seeing the animals. The reason we'd move to GF is that DH gets motion sickness and since we're planning on spending most of our time in Epcot, the monorail would be a big help and he likes the spa idea.

We're AAA members. We'll be using frequent flier miles for the plane tickets. Would it be best to book everything through AAA? Do these plans sound good to you experts? Any recommendations?

All suggestions will be appreciated!

I was hoping someone would have some feedback for me if I should book the whole trip through AAA or just the AK portion and tickets through them. Then I would book GF through Disney. But I don't know how that would effect my dining plan. Any suggestions?

I think AKL is great for a romantic getaway - That's where DH & I will be having a couple days alone before our kids join us. GF is too, obviously. I loved it there & hope to talk DH into a romantic getaway there next.

Can't help you with the other question - I always book right thru Disney, either W-Disney, AP line or WDW Travel.
