Planning Question

Newbie here, waiting on closing now.

We are planning a large family trip for May 29 - June 5, 2022. Our home resort is BWV. At 0800 on my 11 month window I am going to be online ready to book my rooms. The problem is I am going to need a 2 br villa plus a studio. Can I book both simultaneously or will I have to book one and then jump back in and book the next?

If I have to book them one after the other (rather than at the same time), I am sure this will take several minutes,,,,I want to make sure I get what I need so am I better off booking the studio first or the 2 br villa?

One at a time, Here is what I do when I need more than one room, I only enter lead guest to make it go faster, I add others later. I never worry about changing address, etc. from mine. It really doesn’t matter,

If it is a hard to get room, and I am worried, I do one the day before to secure it. Once I get the second room the next day, I modify the first one to the correct dates.

All 2 bedrooms are lock off so when studios are gone, so are the 2 bedrooms. Not sure it makes a difference.

If you are trying for anything but SV, you should not have a problem at 11 months that time of year, even if you were to do both the same morning. When I was an owner, I never had issue, except for SV, and that was in the fall only.
