planning question for Nov/Dec...

OK... here is my question. I will be arriving the Sun after Thanksgiving and planned on 3 days Universal/ 3 days Disney leaving the following Sunday (Dec 5th). Now, I know no one can predict how the crowds will be now that HP is there, but what would you do. 1)Do I need 2 or 3 days to see both Univ parks? 2) Should I do a park on Sunday or take that day to get settled and then start fresh on Monday morning? Just trying to find out what others would do. I like to go there with somewhat of a schedule knowing which park I will be attending each day. What your plan for the week be? I have Sun-Sat available... is there anything else I should add in to do. My kids are 13, 11, 9 and 5 and I am staying off-site.

forgot to ask..... do you think I will need to buy express passes or not at that time of year?
