Hey everyone! New to this forum but I figured that this would be the best place to come. My fiancé and I are planning out wishes wedding for September 2017, we are getting ready to hand over the deposit and sign that contract and my biggest anxiety is the food. We are planning our reception(brunch) at the grand Floridian and I'm trying to find out HOW customizable the menus are for the brunch buffet and cocktail hour? We are huge foodies and it has to be great. We plan on making a trip to Orlando from California for our food tasting but I've been reading a lot on how the wedding planners are quick to shoot down any thing that's not "standard" any insight would be amazing!!
