All fresh flowers, especially hydrangeas (last longer than any other grocery store flowers I've ever bought)
Bacon cheddar dip (only once in awhile, soooo many calories but delicious)
Shredded brussels sprouts
Spaghetti squash
Bagged arugula
Light champagne vinaigrette
96% ground beef
Organic free range chicken (no chicken tastes the same after buying this!!)
Specialty cheeses (truffle cheddar is SO good in mac & cheese!)
Olive oil (SO cheap)
Tikka masala simmer sauce
Brown rice pasta (I'm not GF, but this rotini is amazing and happens to be naturally GF)
Blue corn chips
Ridge cut potato chips
Frozen pork pot stickers
Frozen shredded hash browns
Frozen fettuccine with mushrooms (somehow creamy without any cheese)
Frozen breaded mac and cheese bites (only a party treat!)
Frozen tilapia (just plain tilapia filets in small portions, great for a person who lives alone like me!)
Frozen naan
3 in pack everything bagels
Milk & cage-free eggs are fairly priced
If I go there for a weekly shopping trip, I'll buy my usual produce (potatoes, onions, zucchini, etc.), but other than the items listed above, I don't think any of their produce items are better than any other grocery store. Only thing I've bought and instantly hated was bacon. I USED to love their beef taquitos, but they must have changed the recipe because I didn't like them at all this go around. Very dry and flavorless. The parmesan pastry puff pigs in a blanket are also meh, I think I just prefer pigs in a blanket in a crescent roll dough. Also wasn't crazy about the jarred alfredo sauce.
Overall, I love TJs! I find it very budget-friendly and clearly I enjoy a lot of the selection--many things that you can't get quite the same at other stores. It's a bit farther than Aldis, Shop Rite and Stop n Shop, so I normally end up at one of those places. But I do try to go at least once every month or every other month. The cashiers are super friendly, too, which is always a nice bonus.
