Planning on WWOHP during Rock the Universe, but not attending

We have one day ear marked for USO just to see Potter worlds during our Disney trip in September. It will be our first visit to USO. Unfortunately, the only day we can tag an extra night to is the 12th, which is the 2015 Rock the Universe night, which looks to close a park early. My question is how we should expect this to affect our plans for the day. We only plan to do Diagon and Hogsmeade (and maybe MIB or Mummy if time allows). I know it will be crowded in those sections of the park regardless, but I am more concerned with losing time. Thanks for any input.

park hours in september usually have closing times from 6 to 7
probably longer hours up to 8 around labor day period.
