We have been to WDW numerous times, last year during the MNSSHP and did enjoy the event until crowds became overwhelming. Also we were the during Food & Wine which I cant say was i was impressed.

This year I planned to go Nov 6-12th so we can experience MVMCP. I have always wanted to see WDW dressed for Xmas.

This is the problem. We move to VA in July and I am not too sure how kids will enjoy Halloween in our new location. Our best friends and neighbors we are moving away from will be in WDW 10/30 - 11/6 and I thought it would be a great surprise to join them and Trick or Treat at our campground.

Any thoughts on either trip.

I would go with the friends in October. You can always do a November trip another time. It sounds like your kids would be really happy to do the October trip this year.

That's what I thought. Look like good reviews from campground trick or treating.

We are not telling them or neighbors kids....we are going to surprise them when we all show up for dinner at Whispering Canyon.

Plus gives me another reason to book next years trip :thumbsup2
