We will be in WDW in July staying at CSR during free dining (July 7- 16) and have 6 day park hopper + tickets (not sure we’ll use the hoppers but had to get them for FD but we’ll use the + for the water parks). I have planned 4 full days at the parks and am trying to figure out which days to squeeze in just a little more park time . Since I will have two more days that I could possibly book 3 more FP’s for any missed headliners or must do rides, need to figure out when I should do that.

We’ve been many times but not since 2017 and only MK that trip as a short stay before a cruise. We haven’t gone to any of the other parks since 2015 and I know a lot has changed so always suffer from FOM lol but don't want to over plan and exhaust us. It wont be our last trip;)!

Here are the plans so far:
Tues., July 7- arrival day pool & chill at resort
Wed., July 8- DS (lunch at Homecomin’ 11:45 am) / BB later afternoon (may do mini golf at Winter Summerland 1st)
Thurs., July 9- MK (Lunch at CRT 1:15 pm) no midday break plan to leave 5/6 ish
Fri., July 10- EP (plan to take a mid day break) dinner @ Cape May 6:40 pm back to EP for fireworks
Sat., July 11- Breakfast ‘Ohana
Sun., July 12- AK (possible mid day break & dinner Yak & Yeti 7:15 pm trying to get an earlier time)
Mon., July 13- Our not so romantic anniversary dinner (since DD 8 is with us) at Cali Grill 8:45 pm-- hoping to get a firework’s view
Tues., July 14- TL
Wed., July 15- HS (not sure if we’ll take a break but may have to if we need to arrive super early to get a ROTR boarding group) Fantasmic Dinner Package at Mama Melrose 5:20 pm
Thurs., July 16- depart our flight does not leave until 10:50 pm

Since MK is DD’s favourite park I figure we’d go again there. I am thinking the best days to book more FP would be the Sat after the Ohana breakfast or the Mon before the anniversary dinner? I am leaning toward booking more FP for HS since the rides are tiered and we can do either SDD or the MRRT (if FP is available). We don’t care about the Remy ride at EP as we did it a couple years ago in Disneyland Paris (it was cute) and I figure with AK being 60+5 days out when I can book my FP’s I should be able to get FOP FP. So that’s why I am leaning towards HS maybe the Tues (July 14) before or after TL or even on the Thurs before we fly out (though that may stress out DH who’ll be afraid of missing the ME back to the airport lol).

Sorry for the long post but any thoughts or advice would be appreciated. Thanks:)

well, it's easy to ride the monorail over to MK after breakfast at O'Hana so that could be MK day and on Tuesday I'd go to TL in the morning so you can get on some of the slides etc. and then head over to HS for late afternoon and evening

I would definitely do another MK day either on Sat or Mon, but personally, I'd also want to see HEA inside the park. You could make your day on the 9th a late start, arrive in time for your ADR, and then stay through the evening.

Since you have the day to use and you have the hopper, I might make that Sat or Mon a hopper day between HS and EP, depending on the FP you get and the attractions you want to do at both parks. You could also start at EP on your Cali Grill day and hop to MK for a bit, if you wanted. Lots of possibilities.
