Planning HDDR & Wishes for same night

I was thinking of making ADR's for the HDDR for the 5 PM show (myself, DH and 3yo DS) and trying to get back to MK for the 8 PM Wishes show. This is for Sunday, January 14, 2007. This evening also has EMH at MK. Does this sound reasonable or am I out of my mind?

Also, does anyone know if the park is scheduled to close at 10 PM that evening how late does the park actually stay open until? I see on the WDW website it says up to 3 hours, but that can't really be so, can it? I wouldn't stay past 10 anyone because of my son, but just curious.

You will have no trouble doing BOTH that night.

5pm Hoop is out by 6:30 to 6:45pm or so.
Stroll down to the boat dock and ride across the lakes to MK front gates.

Evening EMH is always 3 hours longer than the posted closing time.

10pm regular closing = 1am EMH closing (Yes, that's right.)
