Planning for next June - Crowds?

We've been to DLR lots of times, but never in June. Usually we go during the off season to avoid crowds, and last year we went in August and found it to be pretty crowded. My daughter graduates high school in June, and we're planning to do a full 5 days at DLR immediately afterward. She graduates on the 1st. I'm from SoCal and know the kids around there don't get out till around mid-June usually, but was still curious if anyone knew what DLR is typically like right at the beginning of June? We'd be sticking to just weekdays, I'm thinking June 8-12? What do you think our chances are of it not being completely miserably crowded at that time?

I really appreciate any feedback, thanks!

I went the end of may 26-31 monday -fri and what was funny was wed was the most crowded day.

Grab your fastpasses for space and splash they were 60 min waits most times everything else was 20 min waits

pirates and HM werent to bad 15 min or less

I found that fantasy land was walk on at night after fireworks except peterpan was 45 min wait

Thanks, bluegrizzlies! I think I'll just use RideMax again, that way no matter what we're good. RideMax was an absolute lifesaver last August.

You should be ok. Early June is not as bad as late June and into the rest of the summer. As long as you follow Hydroguy's rules, you'll be fine.

What nice parents! Wish mine could have afforded to take us to DL for graduation! You will have so much fun!

Hydroguy? I'm embarrassed to admit I don't know who that is? Is it a website, or is his list here on Disboards?

Lol, I wish my parents could have afforded it too! DL is my daughter's favorite place in the whole world, in fact she plans to do the DL internship thing after her first year of college because she wants to eventually work there. She always says, "I don't care if I have to clean toilets, I'm working at Disneyland!" :)

At the school she goes to, the kids' parents take them to Hawaii and Europe for graduation, yikes. Our little DL trip probably seems pathetic to them, lol. But we'll love it like crazy like we always do. It will probably be our last family vacation with her (sniffle), so it's going to mean a lot to me.
