Planning for May/June Trip

I'm trying to pick park days for HS and AK for my trip 5/30-6/5 so that I can make ADR's in about 5 days. After looking at the park hours I see no evening EMH for HS and AK closes at 7:00 everyday. Looking at last year's calendar AK closed at 11 everyday (which is surprising, seems late) and HS had evening EMH on Friday. I know park hours can change even weeks before the date but should I go on last years hours? Also, when park hours change do the restaurants hours change the same day?

So we went 6/4-6/11 this year and will go 6/3-6/11 in 2017. HS had PM EMH on Fridays this past June and actually it is scheduled that way through February 2017. I don't know if it was added later (so maybe it will be for June 2017) or if they stopped scheduling it to either not have it at all (which seems weird) or to switch it to a different day.

AK, I'm willing to bet, will most definitely extend hours. I *think* it was scheduled to close at 5pm initially for June 2016. They extended to 8pm around Feb or March maybe bc I remember I changed my Yak & Yeti ADR to later after they did that. Then around mid May they extended hours again, when they both introduced the new nighttime offerings and extended most of the other parks' hours.

I plan to use last years' hours as a general guideline but I don't think the extension of hours will affect our ADRs much, if any at all. We'll be doing all later breakfasts or early lunches so no PPOs will be affected by early openings (and MK did extend to 8am several days during that time) and our AK day we are doing dinner at Sanaa at AKL after a midday break before returning to AK for the later hours that will most likely be added. If they don't extend AK hours, I might have to switch Sanaa to a later time but I think that's all I'll have to majorly change. Anything else would just need to be minorly tweaked, at worse, I think.
