Planning for May 2003

This is my first post. Just recently found this place and it has been a great help in planning. Okay, here's the situation. My parents have reserved a 3-room suite at a Marriott close to WDW for May 11-20, 2003. We (myself, my wife and 2 kids) are invited to come and the room is on them, we have to pay everything else (i.e. airfare, food, park passes, etc.). I have been looking at flight prices (we are flying out of Salt Lake City) for the past 2-3 weeks and have noticed they occasionally drop to $225-245 per person. Should I jump on these prices or wait? Also, we plan to get 7-day park hopper plus passes and have found them at www.floridaorlandotickets.net for $305 (including shipping) per adult. Is this the best price? Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
