I am thinking of taking my daughter to celebrate her b-day next February at Universal.. she is a huge Harry Potter fan and I thought going over or close to Presidents would be ideal.. any feedback?

I think that weekend will be busy since it's a holiday weekend...granted not a huge holiday but still busy. If you are going to stay onsite, the crowds shouldn't be an area of concern. If you are going to stay offsite, just get there early. If the lines are too long for you, purchase the Express Plus pass but wait until you arrive to determine if you need it.
