Planning for Fall 2016

I just returned from Disney and the family has voted to do US/IOA next year so I did not book a Disney Bounce back. I have 2 tens and 2 adults, we can go anytime of year as the kids are home schooled and we can take holiday when ever we want.
Our Favorite Holiday is Halloween and we are curious about HHN (im not sure we can handle it tho )
What would be the best week to look at going? Prefer lowest possible crowds, and weather that is cooler than hell on earth
Also what discounts are typically released for US/IOA? We will be staying on site and would prefer the family suite style rooms.

Love the freedom that homeschooling gives when it comes to vacations! We went late last September and it was great. Crowds were low and the weather would have been great if they hadn't been having abnormal amounts of rain. HHN was going on while we were there, but we didn't go.

We love Halloween too! US is super fun during HHN. My teen loves all things scary and halloween. HHN is no problem for her.

The later in the Fall season you go the better the weather. We went this year Sept 28-Oct 10th. 1st few days of Sept was HOT and Humid! The later in Oct we stayed the more comfortable the weather was.

We stay at the HRH, it's our favorite and super close to the parks. Takes 3-4min walk to US. This allows you to have an unlimited express pass, which we use as much as possible.

I buy an AP for me, which gives me a discount on our room, discounted HHN tickets, merchandise and food. The cost to upgrade my ticket to the AP is minimal and the discounts pay for the upgrade.

We like to book one night with a RIP non-private group for HHN and then go one-two nights with an express pass. There is an AP discount for the non-private RIP tour.

We are the same size family and going November 2016. After much room research I decided the Deluxe rooms at Hard Rock are the best space for the price...2 queens and a pull out sofa bed plus 3 distinct areas to get ready to go in the morning...good luck and have fun planning!!
