well, since i received such great advice for planning my breakfast at MK... need some help for planning a dinner before fantasmic. do we have to plan a dinner at DHS to get there in time to see the show? is it feasible to eat at the GF, poly or CR and get there in time?

i am hesitant to eat dinner at HS bc of the restaurant reviews.

looking forward to hearing some good suggestions......;)

When are you going and what time is Fantasmic? You make want to consider a TS lunch if the show is early.

we are going the first week in november. i am not sure what time the show is during that time of year. :confused3

Personally, I would not try to make Fantasmic after having dinner (even with a really early ADR time) at CR, Poly, or anything else in that area. Transportation time between the MK area and DHS would cut too much out of the schedule for my taste.

We usually eat dinner at the Captain's Grille in the Yacht Club on Fantasmic night, with a 5:30 ADR at the latest to give us time to get back to the park.
We do not get prime seats for the show, but we have never not gotten a seat someplace in the amphitheatre. We'll leave the park half an hour or so before ADR time, hop on the boat from DHS headed to Epcot, and get off at the Yacht Club. After dinner we sometimes just get back on the boat, and sometimes hop a bus from Yacht Club back to DHS.

This would be do-able for any of the restaurants around crescent lake (Spoodles, ESPN, Flying Fish, Yachtsman, Beaches and Cream, anything at Swan/Dolphin), we just enjoy the Captain's Grille so that is what we do.

thanks for your opinion. it really helps in the planning stages. we are staying at the bc, so one of those restaurants might work out well for us. guess the other option would be doing a later sit down lunch and a grab and go dinner.

thanks again. decisions, decisions!!!
