Planning for AKV - mid October 2008 - When to book?

How far in advance would you suggest we book for mid October? We need to rent points and will be looking for a studio.

We are wondering if we should begin looking for people who own AKV and can book at 11 months or wait for those who can book at 7. I know there is probably a good bit of demand for these.

Also, will we be affected by construction?

That time is fairly popular for DVC. I would start looking immediately for someone who has the 11 month window. All villas in the Jambo house (existing AKL) will be done. Construction will be going on at the new Kidani building and other than being able to see it from somewhat of a distance, it is not likely to have an impact.
