Ugh. No way I would take that on. But, since you are, I say you set a deadline to have a "season" picked and then the same for the exact dates so that everyone can do their own transportation booking if you're not driving. Then I'd narrown down where to stay and tell everyone to book their own room. Then I'd pick park days and make the intinerary and dining plans, send it to everyone and if they don't like it, you can say, this is what my family is planning to do and you are free to come with or we'll meet you dinner. Sounds harsh, but that's A LOT of people to try to please!
Sis in law is pretty good, but she won't ever respond or decide anything, and my one nephew is obnoxious. Now I say this as a mom, person who has babysat since I was 11 and now does in home daycare - I've had contact with a lot of kids, and none of their behaviors hold a candle to his
Would it be wrong to not book our room (or not tell) until they've picked... I kind of want to stay at a different resort.

); but we would love to experience WDW during the holiday season so we are contemplating a trip for the week after Thanksgiving for moderate crowd levels, so our kids don't have to miss more than a few days of school, and to hopefully get the free dining promo if it is offered again during that time. Is it too early for me to put up a ticker? I certainly miss having one
Does anyone know if free dinig is available for the campground? Not cabins thanks!!
We are hoping to go back to WDW in 2013 as well. We had a magical trip this past August and are anxious to get back! Late August was a convenient time for us because we didn't have to pull our kids out of school and there was value season and free dining (although we switched to the kids stay/play free promo to save a couple hundred extra bucks since our kids were all 9 and under at the time); but we would love to experience WDW during the holiday season so we are contemplating a trip for the week after Thanksgiving for moderate crowd levels, so our kids don't have to miss more than a few days of school, and to hopefully get the free dining promo if it is offered again during that time. From what I've read on the camping forum (visited that forum often when we were considering the cabins for our past trip), the camp sites don't qualify for the free dining offer but the cabins do, and the cabins usually get the DDP (1 TS meal & 1 QS meal a day) when free dining is offered.

I have my 2013 ticker already up. It's never too early!

I am leaning towards May 2013 now. The school year will be winding down, state testing will be over, and my kids usually have a day off somewhere in mid May for a teacher clerical day or something, so I am thinking it may be a good idea to plan a trip for that week to piggy back off of that day so that my kids don't have to miss more than three or four days of school. I would love to experience the holidays at WDW, but we like hot weather and enjoy spending time at the pool too. May seems like it is a nice month for hot weather, but not as humid as August. Hopefully we can get a week of free dining
. So mid May 2013 is looking pretty good right now
