Unsure if you are looking at binders with pages or just a newsletter brochure. We made a powerpoint and printed the slides and then put them in pronged folders.
To begin, PICTURES of the park icons, with a few attractions that are on the must do list. Where are you staying? Show the hotel/resort/home. What amenities are in the room, area. Dining. If on
DDP, explain how it works. Give sample menus. Ideas of snacks.
Tickets. Especially if PH, or waterparks.
Photopass. Make sure everyone knows there's no cost for the photographer to snap that photo.
Maybe some scavenger hunt games for when you arrive. (Find a hidden mickey, red balloon..)
If you have the daily itinerary ready, add that now. Of course, as we wait for the calendars to come out, that may not be yet. Once you do, then add that in along with ADRs.
