Planning First Trip to US & IOA

I am planning our first trip to US & IOA, as well as SeaWorld & DC...I have 2 daughters 7 yr old (54 inches) and 6 yr old (48 inches). Both love thrill rides as well as more age appropriate rides

Any suggestions for our first visit which is scheduled for 11/17 - 12/1...My plan is a 4 day/2 park pass to US/IOA, 6 day park hopper to WDW, DC one day which will include unlimited admission to SeaWorld...

My fear is how to plan which park is best to visit which day...any help is greatly appreciated!! !

No, we are staying at the Sea World Hilton.

The days around Thanksgiving will be heavy. Other than that, it shouldn't really matter.
