I need the advice of the experts :worship: I want to start forming a bit of a plan...but I seem to be just going in circles:confused3 We are visiting in June, arriving in Tuesday 22 and fly out 7pm Saturday 26. We come in after a long haul flight so its very possible that the kids will be too tired to visit the park that night so if thats the case we will be ready for an EARLY start on the Wednesday. We will need to balance little kid rides and attractions with big kid ones too.

So with WOC crowds, grad nights, MM and annual pass blockout days (so-cal blocked out 23-26 yes?) in mind these are my initial ideas. Please let me know if I am making any fatal errors!!

WED 23-
Arrive at DL gates 30-40 mn before opening (so about 7.20am). Start gathering FP (space, splash, Indy) as soon as they are available to keep for the evening. Keep gathering FP per hydroguys tips till early afternoon. Have a wander round and go on fastloading rides like POTC and HM. Take a break for the arvo. Eat dinner out of the park and return 6 ish. Watch the parade, use fast passes and find a good spot for the fireworks.

My question here is should we try to park hop on the first day or just soak up DL?

THURS 24

Use out MM tickets. Line up at DL gates 30-40mn pre MM opening. Peter pan, dumbo etc. Pick up FP as they become available. Head over to DCA at around midday. Pick up FP. Stay till 2ish. Take a break for the afternoon. Return to both parks in the evening to use FP. Back to DL for Fantasmic at 8.40pm

FRIDAY 25
Park opening
Have a sleep in if need be. I'm wondering if we should pop into DL for a set of FP then head to DCA for opening. Will WOC be on that night and would this be a good night to try and see it?

SATURDAY 26
Early start at DL. FP and park hopping to ride favorites before we leave.

Other random questions....

Now Toon Town...is that something you have to get too bright and early for as well?

We are on a bit of a budget so no character meals for us. Without the meals what are the best ways to meet the characters?

I still need to build in the shows. Is there anything I need to keep in mind there or can that part just be played by ear?

Thanks everyone :hippie:
