Planning DVD

I can't remember if I've posted about this already & if I have I apologize. Lol. It's that old age kicking in at 35. Lol. Ha anyone had any issues with ordering the planning DVD. I ordered it twice last year, about 4-5 mths apart, again at the end of December and still have not received it. Has anyone experienced this? TIA

This is the first time I've ordered one and I had to order twice because after 4 weeks I hadn't seen 1 and was antsy. I wish they sent you an email saying your order was received. I wouldn't be surprised if I get two. We shall see.

If I do get a second and you still haven't received one would you like me to ship you 1? It would be no bother.

I am in the same boat. Ordered two about 6 weeks ago (one using my work email and address, the other using my home email and address) and still nothing.

Both my sister and I ordered the DVD 6 weeks ago and both of us received them last week.
However, I got the 2013 version and she got the 2012 version.

I ordered mine in early January and I received it last week--2013 version. I have found in the past that I ordered one and didn't receive it but it worked out fine this year! Try again...

I never order them. I just download them each year along with the Cruise one. I have the last 5 years or so.

i've ordered them (from canada) every year since they switched to DVD from VHS and never had issues...


However, I usually get impatient and download it from www.mousebits.com before mine arrives.

Assuming you have a way to play a DVD image, it works great and is the exact DVD you'd get in the mail.

Kind of disappointing that the last few year's DVDs have been nearly identical. They used to change them up more often it seems.

We requested one in October, it arrived last week when we were at WDW!!

It's the 2012 one but if anyone wants it I'm happy to send it!!

I ordered one at the end of January and within a few weeks it arrived. A 2012 one. A week later the 2013 one arrived.

I find sometimes it depends on when you tell them your trip is the sooner you put the date the quicker they send it to you.
