Planning DVD....Grrr

So, I called today for the 4th time to order my planning DVD. Each time they say, "It will arrive in 5-7 business days." Each time - bubkus.

Anyone else have this much trouble?

Are you saying your not getting it? Disney is probaby updating the DVD's with next years Celebration theme.. I've gotten mine in 5-7 days before and I've waited weeks. Just matters where you fall in the production of them.

Yes - we first started ordering back in September and have gotten none.

I've been ordering mine for months now... and nothing. On the Resorts board, people are reporting that they have received the new 2009 planning video...but one has yet to find it's way to my mailbox... Probably when I dont want it anymore, the 4-6 dvds I asked for will all come together on the same day.

This isn't about the Disney planning DVD but I still haven't received my Adventures by Disney DVD. I'm trying to convince my parents to go to Italy with Adventures but they are afraid that they will end up in a group with naught children. However, they also don't want to go on what my dad terms "a blue-haired old lady tour" either. I think Disney is a really good option.

I ordered my 2009 planning DVD as soon as they switched it to the celebrations DVD. I did not receive it so I re-ordered it yesterday...so lets see of the second time is a charm!

I ordered mine about 6 weeks ago and just go it in the mail yesterday. Has some of the same fottage as in the past with some new stuff added in....but the kids loved it just the same. Hope all of you get your soon.
