Hello everyone,
I got a spreadsheet awhile ago here on the boards - I can't remember who I got it from but thank you very much, very well done!!! The only thing that it didn't work for me was the file was a pdf and I couldn't change anything on it since I don't have the right program. I did move it to word and twicked it a bit...so I have it ready to go, you can fill in the info, print and go
I would print on regular paper, cut them out, glue them back to back and laminate if you wish, they are small enough to fit in your purse.
