Planning another Trip to the world Epcot ?

Is the Caramel store still in Germany in Epcot ? I couldn't find it on the Epcot web site when I was searching restaurants and bakeries. Loved this place the last time we were there.

The Karamelle-Kuche shop features Disney cast members making fresh caramel corn, caramel apples, strawberries, marshmallows. The store also carries gourmet caramels, cookies, brownies, fudge and cupcakes.
