Planning another trip in 2 years questions?

Wife wants to go back in 2 years when our lil one is 5, but my question is this how far out can I book the trip, and also if i book again thru travel agent and book for sept or so if disney isnt offering the free dining now (they are not im sure or 2010) if it come available will the travel agent adjust that for us when the time comes? We went thru cathy with DU for out 1st trip last week.

i always use a travel agent. but i like to use a local one who i can go in and talk to. i think using the same person helps because they get to know you and your traveling style.
yes, any deals that come up they can apply to your reservation. travel agents also will know all the deals out there. we always travel in aug-sept and this past year there was a much better room deal than the free dining. if it werent for her we would have booked the free dining.

as for how far in advance, i want to say a year. the travel agent would be able to tell you that. part of me wants to say you can book before a year, but really theres no benefit to booking any more than 180+10 days out, unless you are looking for a magic kingdom view on new years or something similiar.

For our trip is '04 I made reservations on line with WDW at about 15 months before our arrival. I made the required deposit and then each month I paid about $200 so that it wouldn't hit me so hard all at once. That is what I am doing this time, too.

We went in August of this year, and I made reservations in November of last year. This way too, I was able to save the money and pay for it slowly...happy planning...
